He is not in Texas, CT, California, or London for that fact wheeling and dealing his "families oil company", but in fact is a known con man out of Massachutes, and Florida and was married to Kimberly Moore Bowen, who had to flee from their marriage.
He has also served prison time in the Pennsylvania Prison system, and who knows where else.
His information for his "Oil Company" has been turned over to the FBI for hopes of an investigation.

He has since become aware of the fact that his cons are becoming known, and has since changed his name from Gary L. Bowen, to now Gary W. Bowen on his facebook account, when it is in fact Gary THOMAS Bowen. All one has to do is look at his mug shot from Broward County Florida, compare it to his facebook photo, picture him without the glasses, something he has recently done to try to disguise himself, but you can clearly see that it is one in the same people. He has also recently posted a new post to his facebook profile which we will post here for all to see. You can clearly see that he is trying to again con people into thinking that he is someone other than HIM. He is the very worst of con men. He has tendency to be physically violent, as well as an extortionist, committing felony fraud, as well as grand theft larceny, and his ex wife Kimberly Moore Bowen had to file for a restraining order against him.

Job: Jobless. He has been in different jails. The FBI was looking for him before the last time he went to jail. He just tries to trick people to get their money..
Advise: If you meet this monster, record the conversation and take it to the police. The police will get him. He should be in jail.
August 2025, I too met Gary on a dating site
ReplyDeleteI did not like him in that way. I allowed him to move into my home. Eventually he convinced me to do business with him. I knew him for 5 years. We formed a LLC and engaged in flipping houses. Unknowing to me he took me off the LLC sold the house and had ran away with almost $160000.00. He tried to sell the other property but I found out in time. I put up the total investment of almost $91000 and nothing to show. Gary Thomas Bowen must be stopped.
